Description and Requirements

Position Requirements:

Communicate information between project team and validation team

  • Test resource (Human/Equipment) management
  • Test schedule/Status/Risk/Issue management
  • Test Readiness Review
  • Lead Function TEs to create and manage validation plan and test report
  • Work with peer LTEs on project Guide
  • ODM/Supplier test communication and management
  • Defect management (Defect/Limitation Review)
  • Lessons Learned Management, Optimization for server test process

Background

  • 10 years+ Server development and test experience。
  • Identify potential product weakness and be able to recommendations for improvements to subsequent redesigns.
  • Knowledge of most system function and compatibility test areas. BIOS/BMC, OS, CPU, MEM, Storage, network, APPs, etc...
  • Detail-oriented with attention to product quality.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts for both internal and external.
  • Ability to work under date-driven schedules.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent team leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Server project test management experience is a plus.
  • Project management(PMP) is a plus.
