Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Latam Sales & Alliances Director for Software Solutions to lead strategic sales initiatives and partnerships in the corporate software market. This role will be responsible for managing the software and services quota, building strong relationships with customers, partners, and technology providers, and overseeing strategies to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, strategic account management, channel development, and staying up-to-date with technology trends such as cloud solutions and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Software and Services Sales Management: Responsible for achieving the software and services sales quota. Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, channel partners, and technology partners to identify, seed, and close opportunities. Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Regularly assess customer needs, recommending enhancements, upgrades, and new features to optimize their technology investments. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to collaborate on sales opportunities. Implement sales promotions and campaigns to achieve revenue targets. Identify and onboard new strategic partners. Marketing Strategy Planning: Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales. Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities. Keeping Up with Technology Trends: Stay updated on software product offerings, services, and best practices. Monitor industry pricing trends and innovations, especially in areas like Microsoft Cloud Support Provider and cybersecurity solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales : Responsible for the SW & Services quota . Will work with extended sales org/ Partners and Technology Partners to seed opportunities and eventually sell.
  • Channel Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with Partners to work with them on opportunities, Implement sales promotions Plans for achievement of revenue targets, New partners development,
  • Stay up-to-date with Technologies: Continuously expand and update your knowledge of SW products, services, and best practices. Keep track of the latest industry Pricing trends and innovations related to Microsoft Cloud Support Provider & other Cyber Security offerings.
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities
  • Planning & implementing marketing strategy to increase product awareness as well as sales,
  • Account management: Develop strong relationships with Customers, acting as their trusted advisor. Regularly assess and evaluate their evolving needs, providing recommendations for enhancements, upgrades, and new features to optimize their investments.
