Job Description:
Lenovo is seeking a talented and motivated trainee to join our Data Analytics and UI/UX Design team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing data to drive business decisions and designing intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience. You will work on impactful projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for applications.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Trainee Requirements:
- Major in Computer Science, Web Design and Development, Graphics Design, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles and user-centered design.
