Join our ISG team in UK to help solving humanity's greatest challenges as Junior Sales Specialist!
Working as Junior Sales Specialist you will build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and decision makers of key clients to advance their infrastructure solution to become even more powerful, while becoming more energy-efficient and sustainable at the same time.
Our team of Lenovo experts will provide you with training on our solution portfolio, essentials tools and processes, and help you to develop your skills on account management. You are part of the UKI team, reporting the ISG Sales Managers for UK and Ireland.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a set of clients and transactions, where you will be the owner for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to closing. This includes solution selection and the bid process according to customer requirements.
- Work closely with the technical Lenovo architects to jointly design & bid winning projects.
- Work closely with the extended Lenovo sales teams e.g., account managers and services specialists to achieve common revenue and profit goals.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings for best practice sharing.
- Flexible with working from the office, while travelling occasionally to see clients, partners, and colleagues in person.
- Work alongside a Field based Account Manager to manage a territory of end customers and maximize Lenovo business with them
- Acquiring new lines of business by pro-active prospecting and generate appointments for the Field based Account Manager and sales specialists.
- Collaborating with Lenovo reseller partners in demand generation and account management activities
- Supporting business closure, territory reviews and weekly forecasts
- Resolving enquiries and issues to promote a good Customer Experience (CX)
Your Profile:
- Previous client-facing sales experience preferred (1 year)
- Strong skills in prioritization and structuring your own work including complex engagements
- Excellent communication skills, building friendly rapport with customers and business partners
- Ability to manage their own Sales territory in a quantitative and qualitative way in order to reach targets
- Experience with owning the end-to-end sales cycle and channel sales
- Good time management, able to chase multiple tasks at a fast pace
