Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ITC Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support project management activities, ensuring efficient collaboration and coordination across the organization.
Please note, that This position is a fixed-term contract.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports project management activities, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring:
- Changes that affect scope, schedule, and resources are identified, managed, communicated, and controlled.
- Scope is followed, approved, managed, and controlled, ensuring completed deliverables are agreed upon and signed off by the client.
- The schedule is developed and managed by the team leads, who ensure on-time delivery.
- Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.
- Risks and issues are proactively identified, communicated, and managed/mitigated.
- Owns the execution of regular cadence meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and that expectations are aligned, accurately set, and managed across the team and with the client.
- Subject Matter Expert on project management standards and overall value-add to internal and external stakeholders.
- High-level engagement supporting Services Sales, requirements gathering, scoping, alignment, and knowledge transfer.
- Plan, schedule, communicate, and manage project timelines.
- Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery.
- Deliver detailed project handover to ITC engineers to execute the project scope.
Requirements:
- Business fluent English and German language
- This role requires strong communication, coordination, and technical expertise to support the successful execution of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work closely with various internal teams, such as sales, project management.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2100 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
