Description and Requirements
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working with some account managers (2 or 3) to help them in the daily back office (Quotes, proposals, etc.) by this way the Account Manager will be able to focus on selling and managing the strategy of SMB projects, and to spend more time with the customer. The ISS is also in charge to drive incremental sales/bids in the territory and to develop all kinds of repot to support the strategy goals.
Measurement:
Performance measurements will be directly tied to the quarterly KPI metrics
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Incremental sales/bid in the assigned territory
• Manage back office for 2 or 3 account Managers
• Technical and Economic proposals for bids
• Establish a strong collaboration with all local and regional functions in particular Brand team and Finance that are critical for the achievement of the country goals
• Process improvements and special projects
Interactions:
Interface with other members of sales, product, fulfillment, GSC and Finance department while working to secure an appropriate account management and achieve business goals.
