Description and Requirements
1. Conduct regular analysis for Chinese and US peer companies on bi-weekly basis
2. Analyze peers results and share performance post results
3. Develop and maintain relevant industry databases
4. Closely follow and understand unusual move of share price of a peer company
5. Develop strong industry knowledge
6. Prepare quarterly and annual reports, emails, and promotional newsletters in accordance with HKEX regulations and internal requirements
7. Proactively collaborate with other team members and Chinese IR personnel to develop events
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
岗位要求
1. 定期对中国和美国同行公司进行双周分析
2. 分析同行业绩并分享业绩后表现
3. 开发和维护相关行业数据库
4. 密切关注并了解同行公司股价的异常波动
5. 发展深厚的行业知识
6. 依据港交所规定和内部要求，准备季度和年度报告、邮件和宣传性通讯
7. 积极与其他团队成员和中国投资者关系人员合作，策划和开发活动
8. 完成上级分配的其他任务
9. 中国股市或港股3-5年以上买方/卖方经验优先
10. 重点大学本科毕业以上，有海外留学背景优先
11. 优秀的中英文文字写作功底和口语表达；英语口头表达及书面能力较强
12. 具备优秀的品德和职业素养，有大局观，善于多任务处理，主动性强
