Description and Requirements

Administration/ Operations Support (WUL and monitors)

Exciting opportunity for a student to join our EMEA Services Support team in Bratislava!

This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) for a current student - join us and learn all about IT business, processes and procedures within a corporate environment.

We offer tons of learning opportunities, cooperation with international teams and great work culture.

Job Description:

  • Documentation: Invoice collection (internal & external sources)
  • Data gathering (Transportation Tracking number, logistics records, value of the products, carrier details, product details) from internal and external sources
  • Claim submission through external web portal
  • Status & Update reporting of open, running, and closed claims
  • Communication with Lenovo internal (logistics, invoicing, DEPOT teams) and External teams (logistics partners, DEPOT partners, call center partner)
  • Reporting & analysis of loss and damaged cases, submitted claims.
  • Check daily backlog reports
  • Place orders for partners seedstock according to Sales Forecast and completed deal
  • Perform Warranty transfer requests for Proactive replacements & customer requests
  • Daily support across Lenovo community for specific tickets & updates

Requirements:

  • Student of Slovak University, available for approx. 20 hours per week
  • Details oriented and precise.
  • Resistant to manual repetitive administration work
  • Intermediate English - speaking and writing
  • Microsoft office: Excel (basic), Outlook (basic)
