Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Account Sales Team in our Consumer team located in Rueil-Malmaison. You will work closely with one Key account manager and will report directly to the Retail Consumer director. You will be part of a team who is responsible for maintaining and developing great relationships with Consumer customers over the phone and emails.
The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be well organized, data driven, goal-oriented, and articulate and possess sound phone skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is necessary. You need to be willing to truly understand your customer's strategy and have the ability to go beyond their needs, to maximize business and customer satisfaction.
What tasks are waiting for you in this role?
Co-Managing 3 to 5 accounts to maximize Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximizing customer satisfaction coupled with weekly feedbacks to customers.

Assure good alignment between Lenovo & Customer Expectation deliveries * Delivering profitable revenue growth across your account base.

Analyze of your business, Sell in & Sell out approach & share it to the management.

Reference, Check & control good visibility & quality of Lenovo product information on retailer website.

Enter all actions in Lenovo systems and update regularly * Follow all sales propositions with all product manager and key account manager.

Vous travaillerez dans l'équipe Consumer, en binôme avec un commercial terrain afin de développer les relations et le chiffre d'affaires des comptes qui vous seront attribués.

Vous assurerez le suivi de la relation entre Lenovo et les clients de la commande, au suivi logistique, à la mise en place de promotions en interaction avec les différents services concernés.

Vous gérez la relation commerciale avec nos partenaires grossistes et assurer la coordination avec l'ensemble des commerciaux du service consumer.

Enfin, vous assurer un rôle de superviseur transverse sur l'ensemble des promotions réalisées par les commerciaux.

Le profil recherché pour ce poste doit faire preuve de rigueur, de proactivité, de leadership et d'une forte capacité d'adaptation.

Rôle et Responsabilité :

  • Répondre aux demandes commerciales de premier niveau
  • Gérer la relation commerciale avec les grossistes
  • S'assurer du bon suivi des commandes clients
  • Travailler en collaboration avec nos équipes logistiques basées à Bratislava
  • Publication des produits sur les différentes plateformes
  • Assurer la mise en avant online & offline : vérification des bons visuels, des fiches produits, des spécifications, des opérations marketing ODR...
  • Monitorer les ventes des clients et relayer nos promotions / opérations marketing
  • Gérer le suivi des propositions commerciales avec l'équipe chef produit et finance au niveau des comptes géré en binôme
  • Superviser l'ensemble du suivi promotionnel
  • Saisi des TPM dans SAP et suivi des budgets des promos en collaboration avec la finance
  • Analyse des résultats et préconisation

Organisation :

Vous reportez directement au Directeur Commercial Retail et travaillez quotidiennement sur un portefeuille de client rattaché à un Key Account Manager. Vous avez un rôle transverse sur le pôle distribution et promotionnelle

Profil :

  • Femme / Homme de formation commerciale
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de support commercial
  • Doté d'une bonne capacité de travail, vous êtes autonome, et savez allier esprit d'initiative et esprit d'équipe, ce qui vous permet de passer de l'idée à l'action en toute efficacité.
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies, PC, Storage, tablette & smartphone.
  • SOLIDE connaissance du logiciel Excel
  • Anglais opérationnel indispensable (oral et écrit)
