Description and Requirements
Lenovo in its Datacenter business unit is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join the medium accounts sales team.
The main tasks include:
- Contact, qualify and generate sales opportunities in an assigned territory in Mid Market and SMB accounts.
- Prepare quotations.
- Follow up opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with the end customer and partners.
- Track opportunities and activities in CRM (MS Dynamics).
- Activation of new customers (Acquisition), keep active customers (retention), and development of new customers (develop).
Requirements:
We are looking for a talent with technical knowledge hardware and software for data center infrastructure for train him/her consultative sales processes.
Candidate must have persuasive and excellent communication skills. Must be good at time management, using negotiation skills and technical tools to develop creative solutions to anticipate and resolve customer issues.
- Knowledge of datacenter technology in HW and SW is a must, use of Lenovo Data Center Solution Configurator and MS Dynamics is a plus.
- English language intermediate
