Description and Requirements
工作内容：
1. 负责云存储产品的需求分析、路线规划、架构设计和关键模块研发，提供云存储解决方案及落地；
2. 负责云存储核心技术代码的开发，引导和指导其他工程师的设计开发工作；
3. 负责分布式块存储/对象存储/文件存储等核心技术的研究及优化，解决重大技术问题；
4. 跟进存储技术发展趋势，跟进云存储相关社区以及标准，参与标准制定和开源贡献技术发展。
任职要求：
1. 5年及以上工作经验，熟悉分布式系统原理，参与或主导过大型云存储系统的核心设计及关键代码编写；
2. 精通开源分布式存储系统的架构和源码，能够对其进行性能优化、问题修复；
3. 具备技术敏感性、前沿视角以及识别技术风险的能力；
4. 熟悉操作系统原理和常见的分布式系统，如OpenStack、Kubernetes、Ceph等；
5、拥有云存储相关的专利或论文优先。
