Description and Requirements
As the HR Operation in Vietnam and Thailand + ROI, this position is responsible to manage:
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding process
- Brief and register new employee on employee benefit
- Manage Employee data personnel administration
- Manage the foreign employee working permit
- Update/report as the statutory requirement from MoM
- Support and manage the employee engagement program
- Be the HR Representative in Vietnam Site
