We are looking for an HR Consultant to join the Nordic HR team in Lenovo Denmark for a year.

As an HR Consultant you will provide HR support to the employees and managers located in Denmark, while assisting the HR team with several tasks across the Nordic countries. In this role, you will also take part in new HR initiatives, assist in projects, and build effective collaborations with your HR colleagues across EMEA. A unique opportunity for you to work in an international environment, engaging with diverse stakeholders and experiencing a variety of cultural perspectives.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Partner with the Nordic HR team and your HR colleagues across EMEA
  • Collaborate and work closely with managers located in Denmark and across the Nordic countries
  • Support driving activities in the Lenovo HR employee lifecycle such as performance management and organizational resource planning
  • Support with general HR tasks such as preparing employment contracts, reporting, vacation tracking etc.
  • Assist in recruitment of new talents
  • Support with on -and offboarding activities
  • Participate in local, EMEA or WW HR projects to enhance HR excellence
  • Analyze data to support strategic decision making


Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role is a plus
  • General understanding of Danish employment law and regulations
  • General understanding of HR practices

You will join a small HR team located in Søborg, Denmark covering the Nordic countries. You will report directly to the Nordic HR Director, Jeanette Pryter. We cannot wait to receive your application!
