Description and Requirements
What will you do (Your Responsibilities):
- Work closely with local market management to support their organizational needs and achieve their objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across the overall organization both within the market and outside.
- Address HR challenges head on and implement plans to execute the HR priorities for the market.
- Drive change at team level and coach managers to improve the overall team engagement.
- Support the managers to implement their people plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, succession and coach managers to effectively deal with employee relations matters.
- Demonstrate and leverage the experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent analytics..
- Manage effective relations with various government organizations such as ministry of labour, ministry of investment, Alat etc.
- Own and drive the HR cadence to enable business transformation within the kingdom and across Middle East, Turkiye and Africa.
What should you have (Your knowledge and skills):
- 8-10 years of experience as a HR Specialist / Generalist in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to communicate the business strategy to the employees.
- Good understanding of HR responsibilities: business partnership, employee relations, Learning & development, rewards, compensation & benefits, etc.
- Ability to coach mid-career and senior managers in complex business and employee related challenges.
- Good understanding of the middle eastern culture and ways of working and comprehensive understanding of local employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Good project management skills and ability to work with various functions across geographies to deliver on timelines
- University degree in Business Administration; Human Resources; Organization Development or Psychology
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
