Description and Requirements

As part of your growth strategy, we are hiring for a highly visible and top level leader to take on the function of EMEA Head of Strategic Business Development (BD) and Market Intelligence (MI). In this position, you will be the very key person to enhance Lenovo corporate strategy organization's support at a global level. In order to drive Lenovo's transformation you and the team will leverage your strategic thinking, MI knowledge and BD effort together to unleash EMEA's potential and contribute to the global bigger picture.

What are your key responsibilities?

Strategic BD:

  • Conduct valuable business development in EMEA with strategic insights, following our internal strategy direction.
  • Build relationships with EMEA external resources and network for deal sourcing, facilitating potential collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams/partners and drive meaningful EMEA based mega deal supporting the overall corporate strategy direction.

EMEA Geo MI:

  • Partner with Geo business leaders to drive and optimize Geo market assessment cadence.
  • Enable Geo in making strategic decisions with actionable and forward-looking insights to support Geo business growth.

Strategy communication:

  • Cascade effectively the communication of corporate strategy covering the EMEA region

What are the qualifications you must bring?

  • Proven track record of leading a high performing team
  • A thought leader and a team player with strategic thinking
  • Previous experience from top strategy consulting companies with solid performance track record (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • Solid background of Corporate BD or Corporate MI in multi-national IT companies. Good understanding of deal execution and PMI.
  • Experience working in the China market
  • MBA degree
  • Excellent in English both in communication and in written
