Description and Requirements

The System Architech Engineer is responsible for

  • Early engage with tier I cloud customers
  • Responsible for technical communication of the project, such as product demonstration, customer demand guidance and mining;
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers
  • Project bidding. This role is to provide expert level technical solution, drive engineering team to provide competitive solution with cost sense
  • Know industry technical trend, and customer needs, can talk what impact for customer business,
  • Responsible for documenting customer needs in a manner that insures services delivery teams can provide accurate cost data.
  • Combines cost data and scope of work documents to create proposals and contracts with end customers.
  • Develop/ architect solution by working with internal & external partners to solve the customers business problems / requirements
  • This role is expected to develop and expand the CSP business in ROW.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Cloud Customer
  • Total 10 year and above experience as System lead / Hardware Design background
