Description and Requirements

Job Title: Hardware Lead

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Validation Engineer to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will focus on network-related issues, providing global support and ensuring the highest standards of Product Assurance. The successful candidate will work closely with our Product Assurance staff in Mexico to maintain and enhance network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of test plans and test executions for the product in different phases of the test.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues on a global scale.
  • Collaborate with the Product Assurance team to ensure network stability and performance.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures.
  • Conduct regular network performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Experience with network security practices and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with global network management.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
