Description and Requirements
a) Hardware teams' resource/NRE/material management, manage Design/Test and Gerber out progress to ensure it can meet project milestone
b) ECAT BOM management and material preparation status tracking, work with factory to ensure build schedule/progress/quality
c) Track and monitor all delivery of hardware team, work with hardware team to identify hardware design risks and develop action/backup plans at each hardware review stage
d) Hardware design change management
