1. Take ownership of end-to-end GTN forecast, accrual, program, payment, and reconciliation;
2. GTN review base on Lenovo regulation;
3. Accrual support to sales and other function team;
4. Involve in program design and take charge of all programs review including annual and flexible programs;
5. Payments review according to programs design. And ensure the accuracy and punctuality of payments issue;
6. Annual/quarter/monthly reconciliation;
7. Involve in system testing and maintain the stability;
8. Work within an environment by anticipating customer needs meeting deadlines and maintaining flexibility;
9. Support Internal Audit and BC;
10. Support ad hoc analysis by providing reports and source data;

1. Strong academic background. 5+ year-experience in GTN or related job role, ideally as revenue analyst / Sales & Marketing business partner;
2. Advanced Excel & Access modelling skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.);
3. Good communication skills, clear logic and strong business awareness;
4. Experienced in working with Chinese CGBP/stakeholders;
5. SAP experience;
6. Profient in English;
7. Qualified Accountant/Finance degree;
8. System testing and related experience;
9. PBI skills as a plus.
