Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Manage long term supply availability/continuity to support ISG global manufacturing sites.
- Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
- Ensure suppliers' on time commitment & delivery.
- Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
- Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
- Inventory and E&O management.
- Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
- Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
- Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
- Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
- Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.
Support to achieve inventory and cost target.
People management:
- Lead GSM team to achieve both organizational KPIs and company business goals.
- Enable talent grows based on Lenovo ISG business needs.
Eligibility and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
- Minimum 5 years in procurement , supply chain management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Fluent English is a must as working language. Chinese as a 2nd language is preferred as extra.
