Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Manage long term supply availability/continuity to support ISG global manufacturing sites.

  • Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
  • Ensure suppliers' on time commitment & delivery.
  • Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
  • Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
  • Inventory and E&O management.
  • Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
  • Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
  • Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
  • Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
  • Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.

Support to achieve inventory and cost target.

People management:

  • Lead GSM team to achieve both organizational KPIs and company business goals.
  • Enable talent grows based on Lenovo ISG business needs.

Eligibility and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in procurement , supply chain management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience.
  • Fluent English is a must as working language. Chinese as a 2nd language is preferred as extra.
