Description and Requirements

Description:

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
  • Ensure suppliers' on time commitment & delivery.
  • Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
  • Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
  • Inventory and E&O management.
  • Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
  • Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
  • Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
  • Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
  • Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.

Eligibility and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of PCB, connector, Semi-conductor in procurement field.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities for procurement challenges
  • English Mandarin read and speaking is a must
