Description and Requirements

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Global Product Services (GPS) Business Analyst to join our global Solutions and Services Group (SSG). This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our service product portfolio across international markets. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business and data analysis, measuring portfolio performance against key metrics, and actively participating in cross-functional projects. Success in this role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and an organized approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Monitor daily performance of the service product portfolio against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate the impact of service products on revenue and market share.
    • Identify performance trends and potential opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on performance data.


  • Global Business Consolidation and Analysis:
    • Aggregate and analyze product sales data from various international markets.
    • Identify global trends and opportunities.
    • Propose and implement improvements in data and analysis processes and tools.
    • Collaborate with large services support teams to resolve data issues and enhance analytical processes.
    • Develop business models or business cases, utilizing Excel and/or Power BI tools.


  • Operational Efficiency and Data Analysis:
    • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for operational improvement.
    • Conduct detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Implement solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of the Solutions and Services Group.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with global teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives based on performance data.
    • Foster strong relationships with global teams, including geo, global accounts, SSG, finance, and other cross-functional groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment.


  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field). An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.


  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in finance, operations, analytics, or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
    • Experience in a global context, working with international teams and managing cross-cultural communication.


  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders through written documents and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
