Description and Requirements

  • Job Description:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of Global Infrastructure finance related activities
  • Monitor and analyze financial data and continue upgrading financial models for decision support
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and performance review
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Advise on short and long-term business and financial planning
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Present financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and monthly review in formal meetings
  • Work with stakeholders and finance users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution, and translate into system requirements
  • Collect Business needs and working with other Key Contributors, identifying the issue and solving the problems
  • Actively contribute to the Finance planning tool and processes (Global & local) project (definitions of needs, functional design...)
  • Highlight risks and opportunities, and work with BU's MD & the Finance Head to formulate strategies and plans to meet business target
  • Partner with business unit teams on all aspects of business analysis (financial, scenario planning, business cases)
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in Cloud industry
  • Strong understanding of IT and Hardware business principles and practices
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Proficient user of finance software such as SAP, BW
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar is considered a plus
