Description and Requirements

The GDPS / ITC Manager Role is a global role managing a diverse staff of engineers. This role supports primarily the LATAM/Brazil Region, GDPS has 6 ITC labs globally. These teams are responsible for implementing and delivering configuration services for our customers through first stage and second stage factory facilities.

  • Leadership ability with a proven record of successfully driving change, setting priorities, driving performance, and executing plans on schedule in a highly collaborative manner.
  • Successful applicants should have experience delivering complex solutions across both cloud and traditional IT environments.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance through the successful implementation of innovative technical solutions.
  • Ability to challenge and provide innovative disruptions which will drive configuration services.
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels of technical detail from the architecture blueprint level to the discrete implementation level.
  • Good judgment and ability to manage cross functional teams, influence others to accomplish goals, and organize resources.
  • Ability to develop Business Cases for proposed solutions and technology investments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to elicit confidence from technical and executive audiences. You can translate complex technical concepts effectively to help customers understand their technical needs and options.

  • Relevant industry experience managing, designing, and implementing configuration services in relation to imaging services , BIOS and vPro configuration, Asset tagging
  • Working Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems and MS Products
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot client solutions.
  • Exposure to regulated environments would be highly regarded.
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the business value of Configuration Services as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for technology innovation, which drives the Customer's top and bottom lines.
  • Run technology experiments for Customers, helping to create new products and services and integrating the best of theses into steady-state operations for the Customer.
  • Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and EA (TOGAF and Zachman) and ITIL frameworks
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, DaaS/PCaaS, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and/or predictive analytics
  • Exposure and understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments.
  • Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • 5+ years of business experience in selling and/or delivering configuration services or related services
