• 负责设计和开发生成式AI云服务，用于公有云、私有云、边缘云等多种场合，包括算力调度、模型部署、服务框架设计、业务服务设计、成本与计费等。
• 确保系统的高性能、高可用性和可扩展性，建立DEVOPS的完善机制，保障业务运行。
• 基于大模型、RAG、智能体等技术搭建服务，构建丰富易用的API，与客户端联合打造优异的用户体验。
• 设计灵活高效的架构，构建低代码平台、打造任务流水线、实现小程序平台。
• 设计安全的、隐私保护的、满足AI合规的的云服务架构，通过公司和各地区的检查认证。
• 带领团队实现关键技术攻关，跟踪业界趋势，为业务发展提供决策参考。

• 计算机科学、电子工程、数学或相关领域的本科及以上学位；
• 拥有15年以上软件开发经验，5年以上架构设计经验，带领过云端技术团队，有高并发大用户量服务的设计和维护经验。
• 精通Devops，微服务，Spring Cloud，REST，TCP/IP，HTTP等主流技术。精通Java，Golang，Python等编程语言。
• 精通生成式AI、RAG等技术，对数据训练、算力调度、模型部署有丰富的实操经验，
• 加分项：对于搜索技术、多模态大模型技术有深入的理解和实践经验者优先。
