Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance Transformation Project team at planning and forecast, prioritization, analysis, engagement, governance, change management, and value realization tracking in support of Lenovo 3S intelligence transformation.
  • Lead the team to align with business to optimize end-to-end finance processes to improve standardization, support new system implementation and support change management initiatives.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities, and decision-making ownership between projects, programs, and Steering Committee
  • Work closely with the GEO/BU/BG CFOs and business leaders to drive for transformation target, aiming at improved revenue and better data clarity & accuracy.
  • Oversee people development, succession planning, and team internal collaboration to nurture a cohesive team working at diverse projects but deliver aligned goal.

Experience Requirements:

  • Over 12 years of experience in finance management, preferably within sizable multinational companies.
  • Proven experience in finance consultation, finance operation management, or finance transformation management.

Skill Requirements:

  • A commercially astute and strategic finance professional with a strong analytical mindset.
  • An ambitious high performer with emotional resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong accounting and finance knowledge, with the capability to contribute to global strategy.
  • Result-driven and innovative, with a passion for continuous improvement. Able to deliver good results in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges
  • International work experience and education are highly valued.
  • Good mastery of BI tools such as Power BI
  • Candidate with prior management consulting experience will have an added advantage

Education:

  • Outstanding academic achievements from a leading international university.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA equivalent is a plus.
  • Certification in lean six sigma and project management is plus
