Description and Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Solutions Designer with 2 years and above of experience to develop innovative engineering solutions for electrical and electronic components, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and PSoC code. The ideal candidate will apply established engineering principles in line with our development practices and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and PSoC code.
  • Develop and implement testing parameters and plans for both new and existing designs, ensuring validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration resistance, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
  • Collaborate with management, internal teams, and outsourced development partners to communicate design status, project progress, and to resolve issues effectively.
  • Work alongside other electrical hardware engineers and internal or outsourced partners to create reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for moderately complex products.
  • Represent the electrical hardware team throughout all phases of larger and more complex development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years and above of proven experience in electrical design and testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
