Description and Requirements

Electrical Validation and Testing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for electrical components, systems, and products to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct rigorous testing using advanced tools and methodologies, such as signal integrity analysis, power integrity testing, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) evaluations.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to identify potential electrical performance issues, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and enhance product reliability.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze test data to assess performance metrics, pinpoint anomalies, and ensure system functionality under various environmental conditions.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting validation processes, test results, and root cause analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data interpretation to drive product enhancements and resolve issues effectively.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration of electrical validation within the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews, offering expert feedback on electrical performance aspects and validation requirements.
  • Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Process Optimization and Innovation

  • Continuously refine and improve validation methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to incorporate cutting-edge approaches into validation processes.
  • Develop automation solutions for repetitive validation tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual errors.
