Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business analysts to understand and translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions within D365 business applications.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations for D365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operation modules to meet specific business needs using D365 and Power Platform tools.
- Build and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and custom activities using C#, .NET and other relevant technologies.
- Participate in solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with project team and contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during both implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Provide technical expertise and support to functional consultants, ensuring successful system configuration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 year+) as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending D365 Customer Engagement solutions using D365 and Power Platform tools.
- Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their integration with Dynamics 365.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications PL-400, MB-400, MB210, MB230 or equivalent are highly desirable.
