Description and Requirements

Job descriptions:

1. Manage the financial process for BMC cost on DWS (Digital workplace solutions) Services Offering across ROW. Responsible for the annual Budgeting of upsell services by offering by market by segment.

2. Support Mx forecasting process on BMC cost of upsell services by offering by market by segment.

3. Support working with the GMs, Sales & Operation team, WW HQ to develop the financial process, BMS, measurements, analytics.

4. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

5. Implement and work with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.

6. Provide weekly, monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs. the targets.

7. Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results.

8. Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.

9. Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders.

10. Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions.

11. Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models.

12. Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture.

Position requirements:

1. Candidates with Finance and Accounting degree.

2. Candidates with at least 4/7 years of experience in FP&A and Services Business Unit.

3. Advanced MS excel and Powerpoint skills with Macros.

4. Experience using database querying tools, MS Dynamics 365, Services now, BPC , SAP.

5. Fluent in spoken and written English, willing to report directly to the overseas manager.

6. Looking for candidates with the following qualities: Strong communication skills; Analytical, meticulous and sensitive to numbers; Proactive; Independent.
