Description and Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery Team within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).
This role will reside within the AP Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the successful execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication between clients and internal teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment, and our Service Delivery Partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues, working proactively to find resolution strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer-facing project coordination within the IT industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PMI or other project management certification is preferred.
- Insert language requirement (Fluent in English, verbal and written)
