Description and Requirements

Job descriptions:

1. Lead the digital transformation of Order visibility cross Order to Cash process, which includes order management, billing, and collection.
2. Ensure smooth operation and digital integration of the Order Visibility cross M&S system, promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and supply chain departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery through digital platforms.
4. Analyze and monitor key performance indicators related to order management and suggest digital solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and partners, to ensure order accuracy and timely digital delivery.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the digital Order to Cash process and related systems.
