Commercial Marketing - Digital Campaign Execution Manager
The Digital Marketing Campaign Execution Manager (EM) drives synergy between our worldwide campaign teams, segment marketing managers and associated creative agencies, external media agency partner(s), and marketing operations, for flawless digital campaign planning, implementation, reimbursement, and optimization.
The Digital Marketing Campaign Execution Manager (EM) owns full funnel execution of digital media programs; managing the successful planning, execution, and wrap up of digital media marketing campaigns for the Lenovo North America Commercial Marketing team. The EM assures full and accurate allocation and utilization of alliance funding requirements for digital media. The EM assures smooth workflow by managing execution timelines, establishing priorities, scheduling meetings, and following up with each team member through all phases of digital campaign activation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Look for ways to optimize the process of planning, executing, and concluding campaigns as well as taking ownership of new processes that streamline operation, improve employee and agency team experience, and allow us to delight our customers.
- Partner with the segment marketing manager, media agency, alliance partners, and other stakeholders in management and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Be a go-to resource for delivering and troubleshooting support for marketing campaigns, including creative delivery, CID management, landing page testing, and other necessary technical integrations related to digital campaigns so that proper utilization, reporting, and optimization of all campaigns occur.
- Provide support as necessary in the form of audit and compliance tasks, reviewing and updating documentation, reporting, etc., and identify issues and resolutions from this support.
- Proactively manage the interaction between all assigned segment and project team members to ensure the whole team is moving forward on the same page and that the details of projects are accounted for.
- In concert with marketing operations and segment marketing, QA media budgets to ensure optimal buying and accurate implementation of co-marketing funds
- Attend and actively participate in all necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly status and workload review meetings.
- Maintain project files ensuring teammates may locate and access files independently.
- Communicate workload and staffing needs proactively with appropriate leadership.
- Champion, organize, and manage alliance submissions, adhering to guidelines and process.
- Maintain project statistics and forecast project resources as directed by management.
- Ensure efficient flow of activities on assigned campaigns and projects.

- Understanding of what is necessary and appropriate to deliver goals (requires understanding beyond basic timeline adherence and extends into understanding when exceptions and escalations are necessary).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, account management, production and/or traffic management in a marketing organization. Priority given to those with paid media backgrounds.
- Proven marketing expertise.
- Strong project management skills, as your responsibilities will include both budget and compliance management.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytics, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in improving processes and operational efficiency.
- Mentoring and/or training experience a plus.
- Understanding of tagging tools, best practices, taxonomy, and governance.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technical business audience.
- Ability to execute in the short term, fast-paced environment while designing for the future.
