Description and Requirements

Job Overview: Responsible for planning and formulation of data governance strategy, data architecture, organizing and drive the implementation of major data foundation and governance projects for digital transformation (Finance Perspective).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate to define, optimize, and deliver corporate data strategy.

2. Set general governance policies & process framework etc. to ensure critical business data could be managed as a corporate asset.

3. Involved in business data management process and procedures design, provide expert advice to facilitate data management / governance daily operation.

4. Lead collaboration of data model design, metadata and master data management with business stewards and Digital Transformation expert.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational Requirements: Master's degree on Finance (mandatory), or Data Governance, Computer Science, Management Information System, Electrical engineering etc.

Professional Requirements: Enterprise management, financial management, data management

Relevant Work Experience: More than 10 years' experiences of Financial Planning & Analysis, at least 2 years' experiences of data governance, familiar with project management methodology and practices.

Other Experience:

a) Proven ability to collaborate with a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus.

b) Experience in Finance Master Data management/governance, enterprise data warehouse design and build up project is highly preferred.

c) Experience in Hi-tech industry Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, finance business area.

d) Experience in working with e2e business enablement project including opportunity to contract, order, manufacturer, delivery, billing, payment, service is highly preferred.

Specific Skills

a) Fluent Chinese and English in oral and writing.

b) Strong presentation, reports, and communication skills.

c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

d) Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

e) Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA) is preferred.

f) Have knowledge on the industry leading software implementation, like Dynamic 365, Anaplan, Marketo, SAP, etc. is preferred.
