Description and Requirements
Based within a World Class Global Supply Chain within a key revenue profit growing area, effectively coordinate order Management operation
Reporting to CSP Customer Fulfillment Manager with the main duties circulating around flawless execution of end to end delivery of customer products and services with minimum costs to the overall business
Interfacing with Customer face to face and internally with order execution, TSS, engineering, quality and global logistics to ensure all areas are working together in support of the best customer solution
Drive OE to achieve production / ship targets in line with SLA and critical customer situations
Engage in daily production meetings and support daily exec management calls / meetings
Generate monthly production commits schedule and manage on a week to week basis with execution
Drive material supply issues to closure and ensure maximum capacity utilized on a daily basis
Work constantly to implement new management systems to improve efficiency and benefit Lenovo and customers.
Experience required:
Good English language proficiency essential
Degree educated in a relevant discipline or supply / manufacturing operations experience would be advantageous
Advanced Excel skills plus knowledge of SAP ECC, IPS, BSR
Experience of operating efficiently within a tight schedule
Excellent communication skills and confidence to present to exec management team
Highly customer focus with effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Must have can do attitude, work well under pressure and be flexible in approach to work
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a real desire to succeed
