POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Manager, Creative Design) to join our global brand team and lead the creative development of compelling campaigns that align with our stylish, tech-driven identity. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise to elevate our brand's storytelling and visual presence. You will work closely with the Brand Project Manager and other cross-functional teams to shape the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Leadership: Lead the development of creative concepts, visual storytelling, and innovative campaign ideas that align with our brand's mission and vision.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns that blend fashion and technology, ensuring they resonate with our target demographic, especially Gen Z.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, design, and external creative agencies to deliver seamless, cohesive brand experiences.
- Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all creative assets, including digital, social media, print, and experiential channels.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Trend Integration: Infuse current trends from fashion, technology, and pop culture into creative concepts to maintain relevancy and appeal.
- Quality Control: Review and approve final creative deliverables to ensure alignment with the brand's standards and objectives.
- Project Oversight: Work with project managers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Present creative concepts to senior leadership and articulate how they align with strategic brand goals.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate on content plans that leverage social media, influencer partnerships, and digital platforms to amplify brand reach.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a creative role within an agency or brand environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Tech experience is a plus!
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, multi-channel campaigns and a clear understanding of brand storytelling.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring creative teams, driving innovation and excellence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and CGI tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya)
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of lifestyle, fashion, and technology trends, and how they intersect to shape brand identity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. English fluency is required.
- Problem Solving: Adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with global stakeholders and external partners.
