Description and Requirements
数据安全与隐私合规法律顾问（中国大陆）
岗位职责：
1. 面向产品、服务及运营支持等场景（包括使用生成式人工智能技术或服务），进行数据合规风险日常审查及方案支持，数据处理协议的日常审查与谈判，提供风险评估结论和建议举措；
2. 按照中国数据安全法等相关法律法规规定向有关主管部门申报数据安全相关事项（包括但不限于数据出境等）
3. 参与完善隐私和数据保护合规体系，如优化数据合规相关制度、合同范本、审查流程和规范，开展赋能培训，处理应急事件，协同相关部门完善数据安全治理等；
4. 跟踪中国和全球重点国家（地区）隐私和数据安全、网络和数据安全、合规治理等法规、政策、标准及典型事件，分析数据保护合规走向和趋势。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉中国数据安全与网络安全、隐私保护、合规相关法律法规及实践指南；
2. 5-8年隐私及数据合规、或信息数据网络安全等相关领域工作经验，具有通讯、智能终端等行业实务经验者优先；
3. 研究生及以上学历，具有律所或咨询机构工作经验者优先；
4. 具备良好的风险识别和分析研究能力，具有商业敏感度；
5. 具备清晰的逻辑思路，良好的口头和书面沟通能力，团队合作和独立工作能力，较强的工作主动性和压力承受能力；
6. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，有跨国公司工作经验或海外学习工作背景的优先。
