Description and Requirements

As a Jr. Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and leading initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve quality in the company's operations. You will use proven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and Kaizen to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities, with the objective of generating added value and ensuring operational success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Projects: design, lead and execute projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and Kaizen methodologies to optimize company processes.

Cost Reduction and Efficiency Increase: Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

KPI Management: Monitor, analyze and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that improvement objectives are being achieved.

Continuous Improvement Event Coordination: Organize and lead continuous improvement events, such as workshops and training sessions, to promote a culture of improvement throughout the organization.

Calculation of Savings and Return on Investment: Evaluate the financial impact of improvement projects, calculating savings and return on investment to justify and prioritize initiatives.

Use of Technology Tools: Use Power BI for data analysis and visualization, and Office tools for project management and presentation.

Communication and Presentation: Maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders, presenting results and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner.

Creativity and Innovation: Apply creativity to find innovative solutions to operational challenges and promote a culture of continuous improvement in the company.

Requirements:

Recent graduates, soon to be graduates.

Advanced English

Certifications: Certified Yellow Belt, certified Green Belt (preferred).

Technical Skills: Experience in Lean Manufacturing, SMED, TPM, 5S, and KPI management and control.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, Office and Power BI, and calculation of savings and return on investment.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent effective communication skills, responsibility and time management, along with a creative and proactive problem solving attitude.
