Job Description: Consulting AI Architect
Lenovo is seeking a Consulting AI Architect to drive Corp AI tech strategy, design personal AI and enterprise AI architectures, and guide the implementation of transformative agentic AI solutions. This role will also involve providing leadership in BLP model guidance and forging strategic alliances with external ecosystems to advance Lenovo's AI competence.
This position reports to the Tech Strategy Vice President within Lenovo's CTO organization, a team responsible for defining Lenovo's technology strategy and overseeing R&D governance across all Business Groups (BGs) and Lenovo Research.
Role and Responsibility
- AI Strategy and Solution Development:
- Architect and implement advanced AI/ML solutions tailored for Lenovo's Personal AI and Enterprise AI initiatives.
- Technology Leadership:
- Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI technologies and plan strategic directions for AI future research.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with tech leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to communicate and present AI architectures, including technical designs and system performance evaluations.
- Ecosystem Integration:
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the external AI ecosystem to identify and integrate third-party tools and solutions from industry and academia.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 8+ experience designing and deploying AI/ML architectures in scalable products/offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experiences in Agentic AI related technologies such as models, agent framework, model deployment and etc.
- Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms.
- Ability to assess and align AI solutions with broader business objectives and commercialization considerations
- Experience collaborating across teams and driving consensus in complex projects.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
