Description and Requirements
El practicante deberá:
- Brindar soporte en los procesos administrativos generados por el programa de canales.
-Responder consultas, dudas o reclamos de los canales/distribuidores.
- Será responsable por la casilla de Claims para nuestros Canales de Distribución y del proceso de Emisión de Vouchers, que contemplan entre otras las siguientes funciones:
- Soporte a los procesos administrativos generados por el programa a canales.
- Responder consultas, dudas o reclamos de los canales/distribuidores
- Ejecutar el proceso de validación y gestión para el pago de cheques virtuales.
- Apoyar a revendedores/distribuidores en el proceso de uso de cheques virtuales.
- Emisión de reportes a canales y Distribuidores.
