Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to both channel partners and end-users.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to understand end-user requirements and drive successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy with clear goals to grow key markets.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets by driving sales with key Channel Partners.
  • Establish and maintain high-level (C-suite) relationships, acting as a trusted consultant to channel partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel sales and communicate industry trends.
  • Build and refine complex sales strategies that align with both long- and short-term company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a 20% travel schedule to meet key partners and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales,
  • Proven ability to establish relationships at the C-suite level and act as a trusted advisor to key partners.
  • Strong knowledge of channel management, including direct and indirect sales models.
  • Bachelor's degree required; analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
  • Ability to collaborate in a small, dynamic team environment with strong leadership qualities.
