Description and Requirements

Are you a passionate leader with a knack for organization and a desire to make an impact? We are seeking a friendly and dynamic EMEA Channel Program Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our partner onboarding and business development plan projects, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. Your day-to-day will include overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders. We believe in fostering a positive team culture, and we are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate their colleagues while keeping everything on track. You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of business development plans and partner onboarding.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with team members.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and provide status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in program or project management.
  • English spoken & written language
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with resource allocation.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 900 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
