Description and Requirements

Job Summary:
The GA Capabilities Project Manager will ensure the effective use of current capabilities while developing new ones to meet customer needs and align with Lenovo's strategic priorities. This role involves collaborating across business lines, geographies, and management levels to provide innovative solutions that enhance the integration and application of Lenovo's resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent GA in strategic corporate projects
  • Identify and document capability gaps affecting Global Customers or internal teams (GAM/ISR - Sales, GPM - Operations)
  • Develop and improve capabilities by:
    • Translating business needs into IT requirements.
    • Mapping end-to-end processes, including change management.
    • Managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Track project timelines, due dates, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and successful project completion.
  • Support business continuity by enhancing existing capabilities.
  • Develop business cases to justify capability investments and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collaborate with assurance teams to meet unique customer requirements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Digital Transformation, Services BT/IT, eComm BT/IT, and Operational functions.

Project Scope:

  • Global Accounts
  • Worldwide or regional focus, covering all business areas.
  • Projects may involve IT, processes, or both.
