Description and Requirements
This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. In your role as a Business Solution Designer on our Solutions and Services team you will use your strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills. Your customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will drive your success. Your comfort with technology and a willingness to stay updated on technology along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills will help you manage your responsibilities for:
1. End to end Business blueprint and plan design
2. End to end Business process analysis and optimization
3. End to end Business requirements collection and analysis
4. Business data collection, analysis, and reporting
What we're looking for:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025
2. Strong analytical, and problem-solving. solution design skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfort with technology and a willingness to stay updated on technology Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
3. Major in Computer science, Communication, Automation, or Consulting management is preferred.
