Description and Requirements

The Canadian relationship (REL) Business Manager will report to the NA REL Business Management Director, in the NA Category Organization, and will have close interlock & collaboration with the Canadian REL Sales leaders and other functions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales segment leaders & teams, becoming a trusted partner & advisor. Analyze, track, manage business aspects to allow sales to stay focused on execution. Know and call the business health, gaps & risks and determine actions to overcome.
  • Set FY segment strategy and targets to grow market share, revenue, and GP considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key growth areas.
  • Assess FY performance on quarterly basis, building campaign plans to tweak segment strategy and execute within quarter.
  • Campaign plans should assess market performance, competitive positioning, product mix, ADJ & services attach, and RAD performance, ensuring plans are aligned with Channel, Marketing, Enablement, ADJ & Services teams.
  • Ensure Campaign plans are executed within quarter in close partnership with sales leaders by coordinating and communicating key initiatives, evaluating & measuring weekly sales against targets, and adjusting within quarter as needed.
  • Understand & communicate P&L dynamics and call the financial commitments for the quarter at the subsegment and product levels in close partnership with sales leadership.
  • Manage FGI performance ensuring accounts are properly executing inventory and there is no aged FGI.
  • Support strategic deal making by ensuring we are fully leveraging all alliance and WW funding sources to be competitive in market.
  • Engage with customers through events, customer meetings, and Customer Advisory Councils to keep a pulse on customer priorities.
  • Align other business organizations to ensure they are focused on key business priorities, including marketing, channel, finance, enablement & GSC.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent required
  • At least 5 years previous experience in Sales, Sales Management; Sales Ops, Product Management, Category Management or Marketing

This role is hybrid: 3 days at the Markham office and 2 days working from home.
