Description and Requirements
Lenovo ISG is seeking BIOS engineers for next generation server products. You will work closely with internal/external core vendor/IHV teams and be responsible for all UEFI/BIOS related works during the planning, development, and validation phases of the server product development. Responsibilities (but not limited as list):
1. Responsible for NV server UEFI/BIOS development, including feature development/platform porting and bug fixing.
2. Working with internal/external core vendor/IHV teams to design new product features into next generation.
3. Working with end-customers to understand customer's requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
2. Expertise with Arm /NV system architectures, including processor and chipsets.
3. 9+ years' experience in BIOS/UEFI development.
4. Familiarity with Server BIOS development is highly preference.
5. Good understanding of UEFI/EDKII framework and Strong C coding skills and experience.
6. Good knowledge of industry standards, such as BMC, IPMI, PCI/PCIe, USB, I2C, SPD, SMBIOS, ACPI and etc.
7. Experience with NV HW tools to debug complex system firmware issues.
8. Well organized, with good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
