Associate Director/Client Partner - This is an account management role responsible for sales in assigned accounts or territories. He/She will be responsible to achieve the sales target by selling LPS approved solutions or services by working with different internal or external stakeholders.
You Will:
- Develop an account strategy in the target account to meet booking, revenue and profitability targets. Account plan should cover detailed account background, clear executable plan to penetrate or grow the account.
- Lead the account team comprising of technical or delivery team members to pursue and win qualified opportunities.
- Plan and execute the account coverage plan to build a strong relationship with the key customer stakeholders.
- Plan and execute strategic vendor partnership to support the account pipeline development.
- Develop good relationship with Lenovo sales team to facilitate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in target accounts.
- Understand the competitive landscape and reshape the account strategy to succeed.
- Require to travel on business engagements occasionally.
You Bring:
- Degree holder preferably in Business, IT, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience and in an account management role selling IT infrastructure or managed services or application development services.
- Strong commercial account relationships
- Experience in closing large deals in areas including Digital, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing and/or Infrastructure
- Strong business acumen
- Up-to-date on technology trends
- Ability to work with Alliance Partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various levels of management and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
