Description and Requirements

Descrição das atividades:

• Analisar, validar e processar de forma precisa, nos sistemas CRM/ECC (Lenovo) as ordens de cliente com base no Firm Order Policy, dentro do prazo de 24hrs;

• Rejeitar internamente as ordens, caso alguma informação não esteja dentro das regras do FOP, para que o problema ou a falta de informação seja solucionado;

• Conhecer o processo E2E a fim de facilitar o entendimento dos impactos que um erro pode causar a Lenovo;

• Interagir com equipes para encontrar melhor solução para o cliente e para a Lenovo;

• Trabalhar em equipe e manter um bom relacionamento com os times de Vendas/Operações de Vendas / Customer fulfillment / Logísticas e com outras áreas.

Pré-requisitos:

• Desejável Ensino Superior completo ou cursando;

• Conhecimento básico - intermediário em excel.
