Description and Requirements
Job description:
- Collaborate closely with business partners to gather channel sales and inventory data, ensuring its timeliness and accuracy.
- Provide support to regional sales and other operational teams by offering channel data integration services and generating related reports.
- Perform daily maintenance of the regional channel data platform and offer assistance in converting digital reports.
- Organize and analyze business data as per requirements.
- Oversee the daily operations of the database, promptly addressing user needs to ensure smooth workflow.
- Serve as a liaison between the regional team and the global team, actively participating in and supporting various projects related to the Asia-Pacific channel, aiming for tool intelligence and data visualization enhancements.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a background in sales support.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team player with a keen attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of business reporting and channel-related processes.
- Proficient in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with SQL, Access, or VBA is preferred.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
