Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1.安卓端AI相关体验与功能的软件开发，模型设备端优化与部署
2.与产品经理进行需求和设计沟通，并进行高质量的软件开发和持续性能优化；
3.学习和研究新技术以满足产品需求，根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议；
任职要求：
1.3-5年及以上Android 开发经验；具有完整Android应用开发经历，有系统级应用开发经验者优先；
2.具有边缘设备模型微调，量化，部署经验者优先；
3.熟悉Android平台framework层，了解业界ai基本情况与ai技术基础者优先
4.具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，热爱互联网新技术，了解并探索业界技术动向；
5.思路清晰，具有强烈的责任心，具备良好沟通和团队合作能力；
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力

Job Responsibilities:
- Software development of AI-related experiences and functions on the Android platform, as well as model optimization and deployment on edge devices.
- Communicate with product managers regarding requirements and design, and carry out high-quality software development with continuous performance optimization.
- Learn and research new technologies to meet product needs, and provide suggestions for product improvement based on development experiences.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Android development experience; candidates with experience in full-cycle Android application development or system-level application development are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in model fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment on edge devices are preferred.
- Familiarity with the Android framework layer and a basic understanding of AI technologies and the current AI industry landscape is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for new internet technologies, and a keen interest in exploring industry technology trends.
- Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
